Once we negotiate your Purchase Contract, I will follow through to close of escrow, keeping you informed, every step of the way. For your convenience, I also provide listings by email. - Answer all of your questions about the local market area, including schools, neighborhoods, the local economy, and more.
- Guide you through the entire home buying process.
- Make sure you don't pay too much for your new home and help you avoid costly mistakes.
- Arrange for all necessary inspections, be present for those inspections and make sure you understand the implications of any damage found. Negotiate repairs on your behalf.
- Protect you in the Purchase Contract.
- Follow through with all details and be present at your escrow closing appointment.
Before You Start Looking For Your New Home:
- Check your credit rating. Straighten out any errors before lender approval.
- Determine a comfortable monthly budget for your new purchase, including down payment and monthly payment.
- Find a loan program that meets your needs and get pre-qualified (preferably pre-approved).
- Determine what neighborhood best matches your needs.
- Identify important features you need your new home to have.
- Possibly begin looking at homes on-line through my automatic email update system.
- Lender fees include charges for loan processing, underwriting, and appraisal of your new home.
- Third-party fees include homeowner's insurance, Homeowner association document preparation and inspections.
- Government fees include deed recording and state property taxes.
- Escrow and interest fees include loan interest, Title insurance, Escrow fees, and occasionally private mortgage insurance.
